Payment Terms and Conditions
Deposit: A deposit in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total quoted price is required prior to the commencement of any work. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your project on our schedule.
Final Payment: The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance is due and payable within ten (10) days of the invoice date. The invoice will be issued upon the formal notification of job completion.
Early Payment Discount: A discount of two percent (2%) is applied to the final invoice offered for the entire order amount that is paid by cash or check if paid within ten (10) days of the invoice date. This discount is exclusively available for payments made by cash or check and does not include payment by debit or credit card. The discount for the entire amount paid by cash or check will be deducted from the final bill.
Late Payments: Accounts that are more than 30 days past due will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% of the overdue balance, charged every 30 days, with a minimum charge of $25 for each 30-day period the payment is delinquent.
Other Terms and Conditions
All representations and warranties made by the installing contractor beyond those covered by the product manufacturer are the sole responsibility of the contractor extending the warranty.
Read order carefully as sizes and quantities will be shipped as listed in the quote unless we are notified promptly. Sizes cannot be changed or canceled after fabrication has begun.
A lead test is required for buildings built pre-1978. If lead is found to be present, lead abatement procedures will cost up to $100 per window.
Not Included in Installation Unless Otherwise Noted:
- Painting and/or staining not included.
- Removal and reinstallation of blinds not included.
- Building permits if required by the county or city.
Energy Rebate Disclaimer:
We are pleased to note that our energy-efficient windows may qualify for rebates from Puget Sound Energy (PSE). Please be aware that these rebate programs are administered solely by PSE, are subject to change without notice, and are outside of our control.
Many PSE rebates require triple-pane windows. We are happy to provide a quote for triple-pane upgrades upon request; however, you must notify us before your order is finalized to make this change.
While we strive to keep informed, we cannot guarantee eligibility for any specific rebate amount. We strongly recommend you contact PSE directly for the most current program details and requirements.
